So i lost another 2kg. can you imagine i dont have any proper meal for freaking 4 weeks dy?

This morning i got my TPA, so its actually something known as trans-palate arch. There were 2 metal frames around both my 1st molars and a bridge arch connecting both of the metal frame. 


Totally have no idea the purpose of that TPA putting there, except for the fact that it is really really annoying and irritating!! It blocks everything, I MEAN EVERYTHING going into my throat when i m swallowing. All the tiny pieces of food stuck between my palate and that arch or it just hang there and couldn't go down my throat!! RAWR


I did my right side upper and lower 1st premolars extraction today. So here is me vivian chin, performing her all-life-long-never-fail-to-embarrass-herself-stunt again. 


Here goes the story, i m suppose to get my extraction done in any other dental clinic, the orthodontic clinic is not responsible in extracting any of my teeth. The dental nurse asked me to complete my extraction of 4 1st premolars and call back to the orthodontic clinic to make my next appointment. 

Tell me about it, i have been waited for how many years to get my braces done and i couldn't wait any longer. So i asked the dentist nurse whether i can get my extraction done by today? She said she can try asking a favour from one of the dentists to see whether he is willing to help me for my extraction. *woops!! did i mentioned he is cute? like totally!!*

very clever and impatient of me, i asked him to do 2 premolars at one go. Right after the extraction, i felt so dizzy and things around started to spin!! oops oops, its me going to faint again!! Why can't i just stop embarrassing myself for once?? As usual, i freaked out all the dental nurses and dentists in that room and they have to give me glucose water immediately. *this sounds so familiar coz the exact same thing happened when i first donated my blood few years back* 


That cute dentist kinda did a good job, i felt no pain at all, so teeth extraction wasn't so bad after all!! But the after effect kinda sucks, i think i gargled too much after the extraction and kinda dislodge the clot which cause the pain of extraction site lasted about 1 week. *jeez, Y U NO tell me i m not suppose to gargle my mouth within 24 hours of extraction?*
